Items purchased will ship after 2-5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Issues with you order
If you experience any issues with your order please contact us as immediately at email@example.com so that we can take care of you right away. We want you to be ecstatic about your purchase and will do whatever we can to resolve any issues.
Please know that the products you are purchasing are handcrafted in small batches and are 100% natural so they tend to have slight variations from batch to batch (slight color variations for example).
BrashSkinFix is committed to your health and well-being and have yet to come across anyone to had any adverse reaction to any of the products in our line.
If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will joyfully replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email email@example.com within four hours of placing the order. If your order has already been shipped you may refuse the package and after the products are checked to ensure they were not used or tampered with, a refund will be issued. Please note this is up to the discretion of BrashSkinFix.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, please know we cannot accept returns.
We will offer a replacement or shop credit under certain circumstances. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any concerns about your purchase.
